--INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-- Due to COVID-19, please note we are only shipping via First-Class Mail International at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  $12 flat shipping rate.  USPS can no longer accept or deliver international mail to several countries.  Confirm prior to placing your order with USPS countries with temporary service and guaranteed-delivery suspensions prior to ordering.  Read More 

--EXPEDITED SHIPPING-- Due to COVID-19, please note no expedited shipping option is available at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  

--ORDER PROCESSING-- COVID-19 Update:  We do our best to get your items out to you as quickly as possible. Please note our processing time is subject to change at any time especially around these uncertain times.  We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours (weekends and holidays are excluded.)  Please double check all shipping info is correct before your order is placed as our system will ship directly to the address that is input at checkout. 

Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf.  Please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811.  We do not issue a refund on lost packages.  

--CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES-- Due to the high volume of orders we do not accept order cancellations or changes to orders at any time. Please double check all items and sizes in your cart as well as your shipping address for accuracy before completing check out. Please see our order exchange policy below.

--TRACKING-- You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once it becomes available. Please allow a few days for the tracking number to become active, so you can accurately track your package. 

--RETURNS/EXCHANGES-- COVID-19 Update:  For the safety of our team, exchanges are not being taken at this time and return requests must be emailed within 3 days after the order has been delivered. In order for a return to be accepted, the item(s) must meet all of the following requirements: unworn, unaltered, unwashed or damaged, tags attached and with its original packaging.  Refund will be based on your original form of payment.  All items in our Pop-up sale shop; Sample sale shop and Anniversary sale shop are final sale and cannot be returned due to discount.  Because of this, please make sure you are ordering the correct size.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend you insure and track your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment.  We are not responsible for product lost or damaged during return shipments.

--DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE-- If you received a damaged and/or defective item(s), please accept our apology.  You must notify us within 3 days of receipt. Please include a photo of the damage in your message.  Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.   

--MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER ONLINE RETAILER OR PHYSICAL STORE-- Please contact the store that you made the purchase from directly.  We do not accept responsibility for any other stores policies and procedures and will not accept returns, refund or exchanges of merchandise purchased outside of our website. 

Pre-order Items:  All pre-order items are mark with expected ship date.  We will notify you once your item ships.
